Trek to Kuari pass and Panchargulla Peak is one of the most scenic excursions through Garhwal region of Nanda Devi National Park.

The path to the pass is also known as Curzon's Trail in honour of Lord Curzon who first travelled on it. This trek offers clear views of some highly prominent mountains, such as Nanda Devi, Kamet, Trishul and Dunagiri. The winter season is the ideal time to trek as the snow makes the region look beautiful and challenging at the same time.

HIGHLIGHTS:
Scenic drive into the Inner Garhwal Himalaya along the Ganga and its major Tributary -the Alaknanda. Auli -at 3057 m affording the most spectacular views of the Garhwal Himalayan Giants including NANDA DEVI peak (7817 m).

Trek to KUARI PASS (3658m/12,000ft) through high altitude meadows and Down into the Dhauliganga valley to the Tapovan Hot Sulphur Springs.

Summit climb to Pangarchulla Peak [Based on Weather].

Day 1 : Dehradun to Joshimath - 295 km Drive
Day 2 : Dhak to Khullara
Day 3 : Kullara to Kuari Pass (12716ft) & back to Khulara
Day 4 : Khulara to Pangarchulla (14800ft) & back to Tali
Day 5 : Tali to Joshimath
Day 6 : Joshimath to Dehradun - 295 km Drive

Inclusions[Joshimath to Joshimath]:
• Stay in lodge/homestay/tents.
• All meals during trek (meals not included during travel and in Joshimath). Meals would vegetarian on the trek with eggs on few occasions.
• All permits like Forest Permission, Camping fee, etc. Services of Guides, Helpers and Trek Leader
• Sleeping bags, Mattress, Sleeping bag liner.

Exclusions:
• Personal backpack. Baggage offloading . Need to tell in advance[Based on Porters availability].
• Travel insurance not included.
• Entry ticket to any other place before or after trekking.
• Travel expense will be equally shared among participants.

Things to carry
1. A Good Backpack, Min 40 Liters Max 60 Litres Plus Rain Cover for Back pack. A Seasoned
Trekker manages his belongings in 50 Litres Bag.
2. A Day Backpack of 20 Litres.
3. Have A Valid Original ID Proof (Driving License /Voter ID Card are preferred) with 2
Xeroxes and 2 Photos [Required for trek permission].
4. A Thermal Top and Bottom is required for everyone. It is Light and keeps you warm
5. Good Trekker Shoe with grip (No canvas, Running Shoes etc.) 
6. A pair slipper to walk around the camp.
7. A Water Bottle of 1.2 Litres to 2 Litres.
8. You can Bring your own Snacks based on personal choice.
9. Carry sufficient pairs of socks (Cotton or woollen).
10. Toilet Paper and other Toiletries (All are open/Dry toilets).
11. Moisturizer / Cold Cream, Lip Balm
12. UV Glasses (Not Blue as it defracts light, Optional)
13. Muffler, A thick cap and Water-Resistant Gloves, balaclava woollen material.
14. Fleece Jacket/Full sleeve water resistant thick Jacket.
15. Torch, Camera, memory card and spare batteries.
16. 2 pair Synthetic track pants – (preferably water resistant and woollen or fleece material
on the inside)/ Rain cut pants.
17. Full Sleeve T-shirts (with collar)
18. Light Quick Dry towel.
19. Safety pins, needle, thread
20. Plastic bags to compartmentalize things + extra plastic covers for wet clothing.

Please Note:
1. Consumption of alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited during the trek.
2. No littering.
3. Please do not expect any luxury during the event.
