Bavikonda Trek starts from the foothills of the Mullodi village in the Kudremukha Range. Bavikonda Trek passes through the Somavati River Waterfall , A beautiful ridge walk towards the peak . The best part of Bavikonda Trek is trekking on the open face of the mountains while enjoying the view of the nearby peaks. We have explored a new Waterfall near Samse. You will be in for a Surprise.

Itinerary (Subjected to weather and permission)

Day 1 :

8:45 PM Assemble near Shantala Silk House, Majestic


Day 2:

6:00 AM Reach Balagal village, hire a jeep to reach Mullodi.
8:30 AM Start the trek towards BaviKonda .
1:00 PM Reach Kilchikia peak, enjoy the shola forest view.
2:30 PM Head towards the base camp, Mullodi village.
4:00 PM Reach base camp, sip hot tea and rest for the day.
5:00 PM Play in Somavathi Falls .


Day 3:

8:00 AM Leave camp by jeep towards Balagal
9:00 AM Head towards Unknown falls.
1:10 AM Head towards Belur Temple .
09:30 PM Reach Bangalore

Cost: INR 3200.
