A low altitude Mountain pass to test your alpine skills for beginners , which connects Kangra to Chamba Valley. Jalsu Jot is situated in mighty Dhauladhar mountain range of Himachal Pradesh. It is on altitude on 3450 meter from sea level.

Route : Baijnath - Utrala - Sokhdu - Khurli - Jalsu Pass - Yara - Suraahi - Laake Vali Maata Mandir - Holi.


Day 1 : Participants Meetup at Palampur, Himachal.
Day 2 : Small Vehicle to Uttarala Hike to Bankuddu - Parai camp .
Day 3 : Trek to Jalsu Pass/Yara Got : 8 kms.
Day 4 : Yara Goth - Surahi - Laake Vali Mata Mandir. Travel to Chamba.
Day 5 : Exit day .

Sleeping bags (preferably that support temperatures of 5-10° C)
Raincoat/Ponchos.
Waterproof shoes with anti-slip sole

Pack your backpacks with rain cover.
