Ahobilam is a place located in Kurnool District of Andhra Pradesh known for the presence of Navanarasimha Temples (9 Lord Narasimha Temples) nestled within the dense Nallamalla Forests.
Gandikota, often referred to as Grand Canyon of India is located in the Cuddapah district of Andhra Pradesh.
It is located at distance of about 400 kms from Bangalore. All the 9 temples are spread over the Lower Ahobilam and Upper Ahobilam regions and need to covered by foot – some over plain walk and some by trekking. As we pass along each temple, we will come across multitude of waterfalls, much more beautiful in monsoons.
Gandikota, often referred to as Grand Canyon of India is located in the Cuddapah district of Andhra Pradesh. The fort of Gandikota acquired its name due to the 'gorge' (in Telugu it is called 'gandi'), formed between the Erramala range of hills, also known as Gandikota hills and the river Pennar that flows at its foot, reducing its width to a mere 300 ft .Ideal place for small hikes and photography. The place is also famous for the age old fort, ancient Madhavarayaswamy Temple, Ranganatha Swamy Temple belonging to the 12th Century AD.

30th June Pickup from Bengaluru at 10:15 pm. (Based on Choice)
1th July
Reach Gandikota at 04:30 AM, Explore the Places. Leave for Belum Caves by 11:45 AM . Reach Belum Dorms by 1:30 PM and have lunch . Belum Caves entrance is closed by 4 PM Night Stay in Dorms
2th July Leave Belum Caves by 7 AM Have breakfast and pack the lunch and head towards the 9 temples of Narasimha . This involves brisk walking, hiking and at some places, climbing too and all this through the forests surrounding Upper Ahobilam. Reach Back Upper Ahobilam evening. Note: We are not visiting Lower Ahobilam.
