Rivers: The Energy Source
INR 3399 /2 days
Students learn that beyond the obvious need of water by living things, we depend on water for many industrial processes. They will begin by exploring the hydrological cycle, nature’s way of recycling water. Then students will investigate water as an energy source as well as how water impacts the environment and vice-versa. A fun, thematic activity followed with an Engineering Challenge, students work in teams to create a water turbine that creates enough electricity to power a small light bulb.
